8 day turn time, they paid for my rental ( 1,000 deductable ), and made sure I was 100% happy with the car. I got all my hails damage fixed for free. Kayla was very helpful. Pilot on the other hand was very short with me. He was helpful and pointed me in the right direction when I did speak with him, I just would of just liked to see him be a little more pleasant. I imagine Pilot is the owner, so you would think the standard would be set with him. Good news is that he has a rockstar team to make up for his shortcomings. If you need someone for hail repair, they are your people. I plan on using them for all my future needs.
