Scott Wiens joined LR Contracting in 2012 and serves as Director of Commercial Business Development, specializing in storm restoration and rebuilding solutions for commercial properties, homeowners' associations, and multi-family communities. With deep expertise in navigating the complexities of insurance-funded reconstruction projects, Scotts Team partners with property owners and asset managers to transform catastrophic damage into opportunities for comprehensive property restoration and enhancement.

Scott’s approach centers on guiding clients through the entire restoration process, from the initial damage assessment and insurance claim optimization to project completion. He understands that Acts of God events create both immediate challenges and long-term implications for property values and community stability. By leveraging insurance proceeds strategically and coordinating with carriers, adjusters, and restoration teams, he ensures that commercial assets and residential communities are rebuilt to meet and exceed pre-loss conditions.

His client portfolio spans the country and includes HOA boards, multi-family property and commercial asset owners who require a trusted advisor capable of managing large-scale restoration projects with minimal disruption to residents and tenants.
